1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the customized and digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. By placing an order with iGlobalWeb, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been placed or work has commenced.
- You understand and accept that digital and custom-printed materials are non-reversible and non-resellable.
This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, dissatisfaction with design preference, or delays caused by third parties or client communication.
2. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all transactions made through iGlobalWeb, including but not limited to:
- Digital Services: Website Design, Hosting, Email Services, SEO, Web Development, and related consulting.
- Custom-Printed Marketing Materials: Business Cards, Flyers, Posters, Signs, Apparel, NCR Forms, and other personalized physical products.
3. Digital Services Policy
All digital service transactions are non-refundable once initiated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Services that have started, are in progress, or have been completed.
- Subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, email) after the billing cycle has begun.
- Situations where the client is dissatisfied with the creative outcome, provided the service was rendered as described in the project agreement.
- Circumstances outside of iGlobalWeb’s control, such as client delays, communication lapses, or third-party service interruptions.
You are encouraged to review all service details, request clarification, and take advantage of consultations before committing to a purchase.
4. Custom-Printed Products Policy
All custom-printed orders are final and non-refundable, as they are uniquely created to client specifications. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind or design preference.
- Incorrect information, images, colors, or files supplied by the client.
- Mistaken order placement or quantity selection.
- Slight color variations inherent to printing processes.
- Typos.
5. Reprint Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects
We stand by the integrity of our production process. If a physical product arrives defective due to a verified printing or manufacturing error on our part, we will issue a one-time reprint of the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
To qualify for a reprint, you must:
- Notify our support team within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Provide your original order number and clear, high-resolution photos or video showing the defect.
- Allow our team to review and verify that the issue resulted from a production error.
This reprint guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from customer error, misuse, third-party alterations, or dissatisfaction with creative interpretation. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGlobalWeb, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss.
All claims, if any, are limited strictly to the value of the defective product’s reprint, as described in Section 5.
By purchasing from iGlobalWeb, you waive the right to initiate legal action or demand compensation beyond what is explicitly stated in this policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any claim or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
